Machine error 48 or init unable 48 on Brother printers

MAJ 03/02/16 Machine error 48 or init unable 48 means that the print head cable or circuit board is defective. Solution : The encoder strip needs to be cleaned with a lint free cloth. If the encoder strip gets dirty, many different problems can occur. If the machine still errors, the encoder strip needs to be replaced – Part Number LS4467001 If the machine still errors, replace the carriage PCB assembly – Part Number LS6543001 If the machine still errors, replace the Printhead – Part Number LK3211001 If the machine still errors, replace the Main PCB assembly – Part Number LT0284011

Solving Error code oxc19a0036 on HP Printers

This error could happen on these printers: C6380, D7560, D5460, C5100, B110... Solution 1 : Open the right side of the printer  On the mother board simply reseat the 2 white cables. Solution 2 : Disconnected the USB cable if it is plugged into a computer. Remove the cartridges from the printer as well.  With the power still on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer, as well as the wall, then wait about 60 seconds.  Plug it back in to the wall first, then the printer, allowing it to boot up.  If it gives you a message similar to "The following ink cartridges appear to be missing or damaged" you may reinstall them at that time when prompted.  If you get the same error message, if you have a number pad on the printer, do the same steps but before plugging it back in, hold the "#" button with the number " 3 ", and plug in the power cord back into the printer while holding the buttons down.  Once the printer starts s

'Ink System Failure' or a '0x ...' Error Message on HP printers: reinstalling the printhead

How to remove, clean, and reinstall the printhead: Step one: Remove the printhead Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product. Open the cartridge access door. To remove each cartridge, press the tab on the front of the cartridge to release it and remove it from the slot. Figure 8: Remove the cartridge REMARQUE:   Do not leave the cartridges outside the product longer than 30 minutes. Doing so can result in damage to both the product and the cartridges. The ink system can fail if the cartridges in the printer are installed incorrectly, if the ink in the cartridge is low or out, or if the cartridges are damaged or not correctly vented. Follow these steps to check the cartridges thoroughly and resolve any issues you might find. Step one: Replace empty or low cartridges The error prevents you from checking ink levels using the HP software. However, this error can be caused by a low or empty cartridge. If the Ink Alert message displayed before the error occurred, replacing the cartridge might resolve the issue. Fixing error code 0Xc19a0007 on HP printers

Solution : Press and hold the "*" key on the key pad, then press the "#" key. Release the two keys.  Enter "123" to enter maintenance mode. Press the right arrow until System " Config. menu " appeared on panel.  Press " OK " two times to clear the error condition. Cancel two or three times to return to the top menu.  Power off and back on Print a test page
